Approach

For nearly two decades, I have documented more than 760 weddings across the U.S. and abroad. My work has appeared in Vogue, GQ, Tatler, and The New York Times. I am an active member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA), an invitation-only organization for documentary wedding photographers worldwide.

During a wedding, I work with a silent operator philosophy, capturing authentic moments without disrupting the natural energy of the room. This approach is built for high-profile environments where unobtrusive coverage is the priority. By focusing on story over staging, I document the day as it naturally unfolds—staying invisible while ensuring every key interaction is recorded. I bring this same respect, care, and absolute discretion to every couple, regardless of background, identity, or orientation.

Experience & Privacy

Wedding photography today requires more than a camera; it requires absolute reliability and dedication. With nearly 20 years of continuous experience, I provide the peace of mind that comes from navigating high-pressure environments flawlessly.

I specialize in handling the logistical demands of high-production events, from coordinating with private security teams to executing comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Having been successfully vetted and cleared by a U.S. Secret Service background check for my work at the White House, I bring a rare level of proven discretion to every event. You will never have to wonder about technical failures, lighting challenges, or the security of your images. I also provide a total buyout of rights for clients who require 100% exclusive ownership and complete digital privacy.

Venues & Versatility

From photographing a wedding at the White House in 2016 to private estates and editorial-style rooftop dinners, I approach every event with the same professional rigor. Since 2006, I have worked in everything from mid-century modern homes and luxury resorts to remote coastal retreats. I am equally comfortable in a high-production gala as I am in a quiet, residential celebration.

Travel & Logistics

I regularly photograph weddings across the United States and internationally, having worked in more than 32 states and several countries around the world. I maintain a current passport, TSA PreCheck, and Global Entry, and I handle all of my own travel arrangements so couples don’t have to worry about logistics. Whether the wedding is in a nearby city or a remote mountain location, I always arrive at least two days early to ensure I am prepared and ready to work.

The Team Model

For larger or high-security weddings, I utilize a Three-Lead Team Structure. This includes myself as the primary narrative lead, a second associate lead for atmosphere, and a third dedicated guest experience photographer. This ensures that even in strict, high-stakes events, every guest is documented with the same editorial care as the couple. While I work with a trusted network of assistants, I am always the lead on-site and the only person who edits and delivers your final archive.

Process, Security & Delivery

I work with professional Leica and Canon systems, maintaining full backup equipment and comprehensive liability coverage. My delivery process is built for total reliability.

* Encrypted Workflow: All physical media is handled with strict security protocols on-site.

* Rapid Delivery: Vibe snippets for social media or private viewing are delivered within 24 hours.

* Secure Vault: Final galleries (typically 600+ images) are delivered via a private, invitation-only digital vault with restricted access and disabled public sharing.

* Final Collection: Full curated collections are completed within 4–6 weeks, featuring high-resolution color and a selection of fine-art black-and-white images.

Rates

I don’t believe in the limitations of fixed packages. My rates are tailored to your specific vision and requirements. Whether you require short-form documentary coverage or a multi-day Total Buyout collection, I will build a bespoke plan that fits the unique energy of your day.

Beyond digital stills, I offer analog film, raw BTS video snippets, and fine art albums—all designed to be adjusted as your plans evolve. You aren’t just booking a photographer; you’re commissioning a bespoke document of your day.
